Our Garden, So Far

First, Paul had to dig around the two big stumps in our front yard, rent a chain saw, and saw them down as much as possible. Andrew had lots of fun getting into the dirt while Paul dug.

"Stretch!"

"Clap!"

"Let me down so I can get into more dirt"

Then we built two 3 ft by 3 ft raised bed frames and filled them with store-bought dirt.


On Monday night we planted tomato, basil, and eggplant seedlings, as well as corn, beans, carrots, and flower seeds.

The corn sprouted over night last night and is already at least 1 inch tall!
